Salonza Terms & Conditions

Salonza provides booking and business-management technology for salons, professionals, and clients. These terms define subscription billing, platform use, cancellation rules, refunds, and account responsibilities.

Salonza is a platform that allows professionals and salons to manage appointments and business operations, and clients to discover, book, and manage beauty appointments. Salonza acts as a technology platform only and is not responsible for the actual services provided by salons or beauty professionals.

By accessing or using the Salonza mobile app, website, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Business Subscription Plans

Salon businesses using Salonza are charged €35 per month, billed monthly with recurring automatic renewal unless canceled.

Subscriptions provide access to business management features, including appointment booking, calendars, reminders, analytics, and customer management tools.

Automatic Renewal

By subscribing to Salonza Business, you authorize recurring monthly payments, your subscription renews automatically every month until canceled, and payments are charged using your selected payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

Cancellation Policy

Businesses may cancel their subscription at any time.

After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period and no additional monthly charges will occur after the current cycle ends.

Salonza reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscription Fees

All monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed.

Salonza may issue refunds in limited circumstances, including duplicate charges, technical billing errors, and unauthorized payments verified by investigation.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the payment date.

Client Appointment Refunds

Salonza does not directly provide salon services.

Refunds for beauty appointments are the responsibility of the salon or beauty professional providing the service.

Any disputes regarding service quality, lateness, cancellations, or dissatisfaction must be resolved directly between the client and the business.

Free Cancellation for Clients

Clients may cancel appointments free of charge subject to each salon's cancellation policy.

Each salon may set cancellation notice periods, late cancellation fees, no-show fees, and deposit requirements. These policies are displayed before booking confirmation.

User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and keep login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Salonza may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, fake bookings, spam, unlawful activity, harassment, or manipulation of reviews.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious software, scrape or copy platform data, impersonate others, or post false reviews or misleading information.

Violation may result in permanent account termination.

Intellectual Property

All Salonza branding, software, designs, logos, content, and technology remain the property of Salonza.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer Salonza intellectual property without written permission.
