Delete your Salonza account and data

Use this page to request deletion of your Salonza account and the personal data associated with it. This page is available on the web so you can submit a request even if you no longer have the mobile app installed.

How to request deletion

  1. 1Submit the deletion request form on this page using the email address linked to your Salonza account.
  2. 2Our support team reviews the request and verifies account ownership if needed.
  3. 3Salonza deletes your account and associated personal data, except for limited records we must keep for legal or security reasons.
  4. 4You receive email confirmation once the deletion has been completed or if we need more information.

Data that will be deleted

  • Profile details such as name, email, phone number, and profile photo
  • Saved addresses and notification preferences
  • Favourites and in-app support conversations tied to your account
  • Customer booking history linked to your personal profile
  • Provider business profile, salon listing, services, and availability when you are the account owner

Data that may be retained

Payment and billing records

Transaction records required for accounting, tax, chargeback, and fraud investigations may be retained for up to 7 years.

Legal and security records

Limited audit, security, and dispute records may be kept where required by law or to protect Salonza and its users.

Anonymized analytics

Aggregated usage metrics that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained to improve the platform.
