How do I cancel a booking?
Open Bookings, select the appointment, and cancel while it is still pending or confirmed according to salon policy.
How do payments work?
Customer appointment payments are collected at the venue. Salonza does not process customer card payments.
Can businesses manage their own schedule?
Yes. Providers use the business dashboard or mobile provider app for services, availability, and bookings.
